Accommodation for Sungkyun Language Institute Students
Starting from the first semester of 2025, the Sungkyun Language Institute will provide its language course students with accommodation at the Bongryonghaksa Dormitory located on the Suwon Natural Sciences Campus of Sungkyunkwan University. This dormitory is a safe and convenient facility directly operated by the university, offering a comfortable living environment for students to enhance their experience in Korea.
Bongryonghaksa Dormitory (6-person, 3-room units)

Structure: 6-person, 3-room (a large unit with 3 smaller rooms)
- 2 bathrooms
- Includes a shared living room

- Elevator, lounges on each floor
- Parcel and mail storage
- Laundry room, paid fitness center
- Seminar rooms and a medium-sized auditorium (Basement 1, Building B)
- Convenience store (Basement 1, Building B)
- Eligibility: New students of the Sungkyun Language Institute.
- Dormitory Fee: 1,200,000 KRW per semester
- Assignment Policy: Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, while considering vacancies and gender-segregated floors.
- Application Period: Students in the Korean language program can apply for one semester at a time, with the option to extend once.
- Refund Policy: If a student moves out before the 5th week of classes, 50% of the dormitory fee will be refunded after deducting necessary expenses.

For the Seoul Humanities and Social Sciences Campus, there is no on-campus dormitory for language students. However, the Sungkyun Language Institute provides information on alternative accommodations for newly admitted students to help them begin their Korean language studies safely and conveniently. The listed accommodations are not operated by Sungkyunkwan University but are managed by partner organizations offering foreign student housing or housing connection services.
